I am so behind today. This post was supposed to go out around lunch time today. Oh well better late then never.

Last night I made lasagna rolls for dinner, they were super delicious and super easy.


I only took this one picture. I’ve been slacking.


1lb ground beef or turkey
8 cook lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce (I used Hunt’s Four Cheese.)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese


Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. And drain the noodles. Brown meat in skillet and drain any excess fat, add Italian seasoning.

In a 9×13 baking dish pour just enough spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of the dish. Lay out lasagna noodles and fill with meat and cheese. Roll them up and place them single layer in the baking dish. After all rolls are assembled and in the pan, cover with remaining spaghetti sauce and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese has melted.
